Registration Fees and Guidelines

We understand that during these uncertain and ever-changing times, it is difficult for delegates to decide how they would like to experience this year’s Congress – whether to join us in person or attend virtually. With this in mind, we are delighted to offer a flexible and dynamic registration process which we hope will give peace of mind to our community.

If you register now for on-site attendance and are then unable to attend the meeting in Brussels, we would be pleased to offer a refund on the price difference so you only pay for the online experience. In addition, if you register now for online attendance and then decide in the future that you would like to attend in Brussels, you will only be required to make up the price difference in attending on-site. These changes should occur by 5 October 2021 at the latest.

The registration fees include the participation to

  • the scientific program
  • the exhibition
  • the welcome reception at the Brussels Town Hall on Friday evening
    Coffee breaks and lunches are also included, as well as the VAT of 21%.

Accompanying persons may not attend the congress (scientific program and exhibition) but are welcome to join the Welcome Reception on Friday evening for a fee of €25 incl. VAT.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION, TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY
All registration cancellation requests should be sent by email to ILDLT2021@mci-group.com.

The following conditions will apply:

  • Until 5 July 2021 included, the full amount will be refunded
  • Until 6 August 2021 included, 50% will be refunded
  • From 7 August 2021 onwards, refunds will no longer be possible

All refunds are made in EURO (€) and are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the end of the Event, and in the same manner, as the original payment was received. If bank charges apply, they will be deducted from the refunded amount.

A transfer of registration to another Participant from the same company may be accommodated at the discretion of the Organiser. All transfer requests must be sent to ILDLT2021@mci-group.com before 1st October 2021. After this date, registration transfers will incur in a EURO (€) 50.00 admin fee (excl. applicable VAT).
